These Terms govern your use of FixLine, operated by HIT Equipment Pty Ltd (ABN 19 654 207 747), Sydney, Australia.

These product terms supplement the Krystal Unity master Terms of Service for the FixLine service. The master terms cover shared provisions such as warranty, limitation of liability, termination, acceptable-use baseline, and third-party service dependencies. The Krystal Unity master Privacy Policy contains the full sub-processors list.

Service Description

FixLine is an AI-powered field diagnostic platform that supports text, photo, and voice diagnostic workflows for trade service teams.

Account Terms

  • Accounts are for individuals aged 18 years or older.
  • One account per person unless otherwise approved by FixLine.
  • You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and account security.

Subscription & Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe as FixLine's payment processor. FixLine does not store full card numbers.
  • You may cancel at any time from account settings or by contacting support.
  • Monthly plans are non-refundable.
  • Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at FixLine's discretion.

Free Tier & Trial

  • The Free tier includes limited features and may change at any time.
  • New accounts may receive a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card required.
  • At trial end, accounts automatically downgrade to Free unless upgraded.

Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful use of the service.
  • No reverse engineering, extraction, or bypass of platform controls.
  • No automated scraping of service content, APIs, or data without consent.

Knowledge Base Content License

Content uploaded to the FixLine Knowledge Base, including equipment manuals, SOPs, and service bulletins, may be processed, indexed, and used by FixLine to provide and improve AI-assisted diagnosis services across the platform. By uploading documents, you grant FixLine a non-exclusive license to use this content for diagnosis purposes.

AI Disclaimer

FixLine provides AI-assisted suggestions only. You are responsible for verifying diagnostic outputs before acting on them. FixLine is not liable for incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable diagnosis outcomes.

AI-assisted diagnosis flows may use OpenAI and other Krystal Unity sub-processors listed in the master privacy policy. Do not submit confidential third-party material unless you have authority to process it through FixLine.

Voice Calls & Retention

Voice calls may be recorded for quality assurance and AI-assisted diagnostic workflows. Call infrastructure may be provided by Twilio. Call recordings are retained for 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed with the customer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixLine's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the courts of New South Wales.
